Did anyone else feel like their hair looked worse than before for months after? When did it actually start looking better?

Had the procedure about 3.5 months ago on the front and temples. I knew about shock loss but lately when I look in the mirror it feels thinner than before I even went. The area looks sparse and some of the native hair around it seems like it shed too.

Trying not to stress but it's hard.

For people who are further along, around what month did it stop looking worse and actually start filling in? Was there a point where you could tell it was going the right way?

Months 3 and 4 can look rough for some people. It usually takes a while longer before things start looking better.
